We had our second prenatal appointment and everything is going great! The only thing that I need to do is apparently eat more. Part of my “homework” between appointments, I had to fill out a 3 day meal plan of everything I ate and note my exercise habits. Considering how active I am (working out 5 days a week at lunch), the midwife said I should try to add in another snack somewhere in my day. But beside the amount of food, she said that I obviously eat very healthy and well balanced which is great news. And just to ease your minds, I am definitely not trying to limit myself. I eat when I am hungry, and as Steve can attest, I have been caving to those ice cream cravings! So here is to finding some room for more snacks.
